Double wall polypropylene casing increases thermal efficiency. The automatic fan circulates the warm air inside the chamber ensuring an even dehydration without the necessity to turn the trays. The set includes 7 305x330 mm stainless steel grates, each with a max load of 500 g. Grates are evenly interspaced at 35 mm, easy to remove and clean. Transparent door allows the operator to observe the dehydration process. It comes with a transparent pad to prevent smaller fruit from falling during dehydration process – it can be also placed at the bottom of the dehydration chamber to collect residue. Digital display. Temperature control: 35°-70°C. Timer adjustable up to 24 hours, in 30-minute intervals.
