The HENDI Griddle half flat, half ribbed features a hardened steel griddle and 2 separate heating zones which can reach temperatures of up to 300°C. The ribbed part is perfect for preparing fatty meats and sausages, while the flat part is perfect for eggs and pancakes. The combination of the backsplash and removable fat drawer promotes easy cleaning and hygiene.

Housing made of stainless steel. Fitted with backsplashes. Comes with a removable fat collection drawer. Temperature stepless adjustable up to 300°C. Overheating protection by means of a resettable thermal cutout. Fitted with non-slip feet.
Griddle measures 717x383 mm and is half ribbed. The solid 10 mm thick hardened steel plate offers excellent heat retention. Features 2 separately adjustable heating zones. Supplied without plug.
