Heating element made from 18/8 stainless steel and placed in the water container for efficient heat transfer. Tempered glass lid fitted with insulated handle and aluminium hinge. Integrated card holder on the lid for product name cards. Digital control panel with a display showing operating time, set temperature, and actual temperature. Two-part lid design reduces heat loss during serving while maintaining optimal hygienic conditions. The last temperature setting is saved in memory and will be selected every time the power is turned on. Temperature can be set from 35 up to 85˚C in 1˚C increments. Water container features an embossed max. fill line. Designed exclusively for keeping food warm, not for cooking.
