HENDI bain-maries are reliable pieces of equipment allowing to maintain the temperature of food at steady levels without burning it. The water containers are enamelled or made of stainless steel and, therefore, highly corrosion resistant and easy to clean and maintain. Haptic and easy-to-use control elements streamline and facilitate work processes and allow for temperature control up to 85°C. Selected models provide for the usage with GN containers or are equipped with drain taps for a quicker emptying of the water containers.
