Requests made via your hendi.com customer account, can be processed faster and more efficiently.

How does it work?

Return request

Simply fill in the form with all data required and submit your ticket. We will then keep you informed about the status of your ticket. Additionally, you can always check the current status of your request in your HENDI online account.

Pick-up or return label

Depending on the specifications of your request and given you meet the criteria, we will then either arrange for a courier to pick up the item or provide you with a return label.

Repair work

While your equipment is being repaired by our service technicians, we will keep you up-to-date regarding the status of your ticket and get back to you in case of questions.

Return of equipment

After a successful repair of your device, we will arrange for the return of your HENDI tool. In case, a repair is not possible, we will get back to you regarding an exchange item or a refund of the purchase price.

Collection of damaged equipment by a freight forwarder or return via postal courier.

Please print the label and the return request summary available in your account and have it ready when the courier picks up your item or add it to the package when you return your goods to us using a return label.

Replacement product

Our experienced service technicians will have a throough look at your request and the returned device. On the basis of this and a potentially required clarification with you, they will then try to find the best possible resolution of the request.
