NIZA is a series of lightweight, handy knives with a simple design. Made in Spain. Blades are made of rolled sheet metal – innovative, martensitic NITRUM® stainless steel with increased hardness and corrosion resistance. Handles are made of polypropylene – directly injected onto the tang, increasing the durability of the connection. Hardness: approximately 55HRC. Dishwasher safe, however hand washing is recommended.
