Integrated card holder on the lid for product name cards. Digital control panel with display to show working time, set temperature and actual temperature. The design of the two-part lid reduces the heat loss by opening, while maintaining optimal hygienic conditions. The last temperature setting is saved in memory and will be selected every time the power is turned on. Temperature can be set from 35 up to 85˚C in 1˚C increments.
