  • The goods should be returned by post, parcel service provider or freight forwarder after consultation with the HENDI customer service.In most cases, the costs are borne by HENDI.

  • We will keep you up-to-date regarding the status of your request via email. Additionally, you can always check the current status in your customer account.
  • The return and exchange policy does not apply to products made on request.

What is the difference between a return and an exchange?

When shopping on Hendi.com, there is an important difference between the return and exchange processes. In the return process, the consumer withdraws from the contract, which means that he returns the purchased goods without any signs of use and receives a refund. An exchange, on the other hand, is the replacement of the purchased product with another one, for example in a different size, model or color. In such a case, the consumer does not receive a refund, but only a new product. Exchanges and returns are possible within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
