Silicone mould MUFFIN is universally used in confectionery. Baked goods, pralines, frozen mousses for monoportions or jellies, all of those desserts can be prepared more easily with the HENDI silicone mould. Resistance to temperature in a wide range allows it to be put in both, an oven and a freezer. Thin but durable silicone is fast to cool down, easy to take off from a finished product without damaging it, and doesn’t deform.
