Silicone mould OVAL is universally used in confectionery. Baked goods, pralines, frozen mousses for monoportions or jellies ¬¬– all of those desserts can be prepared more easily with the HENDI silicone mould. Resistance to temperature in a wide range allows it to be put in both, an oven and a freezer. Thin but durable silicone is fast to cool down, easy to take off from a finished product without damaging it, and doesn’t deform.
