Made of durable aluminium, suitable for all heat sources, even suitable for use in ovens. Aluminium offers even heat conduction, the pan is quickly ready for use. The handle is made of epoxy coated steel. The ‘Marble’ non-stick coating has a high temperature resistance (up to 260°C). The coating is applied in 3 layers and is wear-resistant. Very easy to clean after use.
