Easy and intuitive operation BASIC BAKING METHODS IN NANO DRIVE OVENS: Convection cooking in dry and hot air at a temperature of 30-260 °C This method is ideal especially for confectionery and baked goods Cooking in a combination of hot air and steam at 30-230 °C Especially recommended for roasting all kinds of meat, but also for baking bread because the supply of humid air at the beginning ensures a crispy crust Steaming at a temperature of 35-130 °C This method is ideal for cooking vegetables, fruit, fish and dumplings Cooking with probe thermometer Probe thermometer is used to precisely control the temperature inside the dish during cooking. It is automatically stopped when the required cooking level is reached Cooking using the Delta T function This is an improved cooking method with probe thermometer. Particularly useful for cooking larger pieces of meat, such as ham. It allows keeping the same temperature difference between the oven chamber and the inside of cooked food throughout the whole cooking/baking cycle FUNCTIONS AND FEATURES OF NANO DRIVE OVENS: Automatic Cooling A system designed to enable quick lowering of temperature in the chamber, in order to adapt it to the needs of the next dish, requiring a lower temperature than the temperature in the chamber Possibility to save 90 programs, 4 steps each Just choose one of the 90 programs and press START The oven will start working, precisely maintaining previously saved parameters such as temperature in the chamber, temperature inside the dish, cooking time, humidity level at each step of the entire cycle Time setting with an accuracy of 1 minute The possibility to set the working time from 1 minute to as much as 999 minutes allows you to cook in night mode. The oven automatically controls both the operation time of the entire cycle and the individual cooking steps Night cooking This function is particularly useful for preparing dishes that require long heat treatment. The oven independently controls the set parameters, no staff monitoring is required. For example, it can be set for night cooking at a constant low temperature, which will ensure perfect meat aging with minimum weight loss and low energy consumption Automatically opened fireplace The system allows you to maintain the optimum parameters in the oven chamber. Opens the fireplace when cooking requires hot and dry air. Closes the fireplace for cooking e.g. steamed vegetables. Thanks to this, you can achieve the expected juiciness or crunchiness of your dishes Two fan speeds 1400/2800 rpm and auto-reverse Two-stage fan speed adjustment with automatic reverse, i.e. reverse of rotation direction. It ensures that the air flow is adjusted to the cooking needs and that the temperature is uniform throughout the chamber NANO Technology Knobs, control panel and handle are covered with paint containing silver nanoparticles that destroy microorganisms, bacteria, viruses and fungi Automatic cleaning system guarantees that the oven stays clean at all times. A well-kept oven ensures many years of trouble-free operation OTHER FEATURES OF NANO DRIVE OVENS: Steam is generated by direct spraying of water onto the heating elements.
