2900 is a series combining ergonomics, strength, and simplicity, ensuring long-lasting and comfortable use. Made in Spain. Blades are made of rolled sheet metal – innovative, martensitic NITRUM® stainless steel with increased hardness and corrosion resistance. Handles are made of polypropylene – directly injected onto the tang, increasing the durability of the connection. The surface of the handles is textured, highly roughened – preventing slipping from the hand (anti-slip). The handles are coated with BACTIPROOF SILVER® to minimize accumulation of bacteria. Increased resistance to high temperatures. Hardness: approximately 55HRC. Dishwasher safe, however hand washing is recommended. NSF certified.
