“Jump into the promotion”

 § 1

Definitions

  1. Consumer – a natural person concluding a contract with the Seller, the subject of which is not directly related to his or her business or professional activity.
  2. Organizer – HENDI Polska sp. z o.o. ul. Firmowa 12, 62-023 Robakowo, NIP (Tax ID): 7792270344, REGON (Business ID) 300143173, KRS0000244152, hereinafter also referred to as “Hendi”
  3. Promotion – promotion run by a name „Jump into the promotion” 
  4. Entrepreneur – an individual, a legal person or an unincorporated entity entering into a legal transaction on their own behalf in the course of their business or professional activity.
  5. Entrepreneur with consumer rights in specific situations – a Customer making a purchase on the Shop website as a sole proprietor acquires the rights of a Consumer if the product/service they have purchased from Hendi is not of a professional nature resulting in particular from their business activity.
  6. Regulations – this document, which defines the terms and conditions for Promotion „Jump into the promotion”.
  7. Store - websites under which the Organizer runs the Store, operating in the domain www.hendi.com/
  8. Promotional Goods – a product covered by the Promotion
  9. Participant - a natural person, a legal person or an organizational unit that is not a legal person, which is granted legal capacity by special provisions, which purchases goods from Hendi in the Store.
  10. Sales contract - means a sales contract concluded remotely, on the terms specified in the Store Regulations, between the Participant and the Organizer.

 

 § 2

General Provisions

  1. These Regulations define the rules for the promotion conducted under the name „Jump into the promotion” 
  2. Organizer is HENDI Polska sp. z o.o. ul. Firmowa 12, 62-023 Robakowo, NIP (Tax ID): 7792270344, REGON (Business ID) 300143173, KRS0000244152, hereinafter also referred to as “Hendi”
  3. The purpose of the Promotion is to allow Participants to purchase a selected product that meets the conditions outlined in § 4 section 2 for 1 EUR
  4. The promotion lasts from 02.02.2026 to 28.02.2026 or while Hendi stocks last.
  5. The organizer reserves the right to shorten or extend the promotion period.

 

§ 3

Participants

  1. Only a natural person, a legal person or an organizational unit that is not a legal person, to which special provisions grant legal capacity, who purchases the Goods in the Store, may participate in the Promotion.
  2. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary.
  3. Participation in the Promotion depends on making a purchase on the terms described in § 4.

 

 § 4

Conditions of participation and course of promotion

  1. The Promotion is intended for all Participants who make a purchase during the promotional period that meets the conditions under the terms described in section. 2.
  2. Adding a product or products to the cart for which the sum of the net value of the cart during one transaction is within the following ranges entitles the Promotion Participant to select and purchase one of the products proposed in section 6 products for 1 EUR gross:       

    1)     From 100,00 EUR net to 149,99 EUR net

    2)     From 150,00 EUR net to 199,99 EUR net

    3)     From 200,00 EUR net to 249,99 EUR net

    4)     From 250,00 EUR net to 349,99 EUR net

    5)     From 350,00 EUR net to 499,99 EUR net

    6)     From 500,00 EUR net to 599,99 EUR ne

    7)     From 600,00 EUR net to 699,99 EUR net

    8)     From 700,00 EUR net to 849,99 EUR net

    9)     From 850,00 EUR net to 949,99 EUR net

    10)  From 950,00 EUR net to 1049,99 EUR net

    11)  From 1050,00 EUR net to 1199,99 EUR net

    12)  From 1200,00 EUR net to 1299,99 EUR net

    13)  From 1300,00 EUR net to 1399,99 EUR net

    14)  From 1400,00 EUR net to 1549,99 EUR net

    15)  From 1550,00 EUR net to 1649,99 EUR net

    16)  From 1650,00 EUR net to 1749,99 EUR net

    17)  From 1750,00 EUR net to 1899,99 EUR net

    18)  From 1900,00 EUR net to 1999,99 EUR net

    19)  From 2000,00 EUR net to 2099,99 EUR net

    20)  From 2100,00 EUR net to 2249,99 EUR net

    21)  From 2250,00 EUR net and above

  3. The promotion participant selects products based on the product list available at https://hendi.com/
  4. To take advantage of the promotion, the Consumer should select the product, copy the promotional code assigned to it, and then add the promotional code to the dedicated promotional code field in the basket when finalizing the purchase.
  5. The promotion covers orders for all goods available in the online store
  6. Participants meeting the conditions described in section 1 and contained in section 2 who purchase products that meet the following conditions:

The Organizer does not provide for the possibility of receiving a cash equivalent or any other type of compensation for the lack of the selected promotional product.

§ 5

Processing of Personal Data

1.     The administrator of personal data is the Promotion Organizer. Participation in the Promotion depends on the Promotion Participant providing personal data necessary to place an Order.

2.     Detailed information is included in Privacy Policy.

 

 

 

 

 § 6

Complaints

1.     Participants should submit any complaints regarding the manner of conducting the Promotion, in particular in writing by registered letter, courier or e-mail.

2.     Complaints should be sent to the following address:

2)    witaj@hendi.com.

3.     The Participant will be notified about the result of the complaint procedure in the same way as he sent the complaint to the Organizer - by letter to the address provided in a complaint - if the complaint is received by post or courier; by e-mail – in the event of receiving a complaint by e-mail.

 

§ 7

Return on promotional goods

1.     Goods purchased under the Promotion are subject to the applicable returns policy in the Store, subject to the following paragraphs.

2.     If the Participant meets the conditions specified in § 4, entitling the Participant to purchase one product selected from the list of products for 1 EUR gross and the Participant subsequently returns only the parts ordered under the Goods Promotion:

1)    if the total price of the ordered Goods for which the Participant did not exercise the right to withdraw from the contract (Goods that the Participant did not return) is still within the specified threshold of the final net amount during one transaction - the Participant may keep the selected product for 1 EUR gross without incurring additional costs;

2)    if the total price of the ordered Goods for which the Participant did not exercise the right to withdraw from the contract (Goods which the Participant did not return) does not meet the amount specified in the conditions in § 4 section 2 – The participant loses the right to purchase the selected product for 1 EUR gross and is obliged to return it.

3.     If the Participant meets the conditions specified in § 4, entitling him or her to receive a selected product for 1 EUR gross and the Participant subsequently returns all the Goods ordered under the Promotion, the Participant loses the right to purchase the selected product for 1 EUR gross and is obliged to return it.

4.     If the Participant obliged to return the selected product fails to return the product, the amount refunded due to withdrawal from the contract will be reduced by the regular gross price of the selected product, i.e.:

 § 8

Final Provisions

1.     The content of these Regulations may be recorded by printing, saving on a medium or downloading at any time from the Store's Website.

2.     None of the provisions of the Promotion Regulations. is not intended to reduce the rights of the Consumer or the Entrepreneur as a consumer.

3.     Participation in the Promotion requires prior reading by the Participant with the content of these Regulations and its acceptance.

4.     In all matters not regulated in these Regulations, the provisions of the Store Regulations and the provisions of Polish law shall apply.

5.     To the extent permitted by law, the Organizer has the right to change the Regulations, as well as to interrupt or suspend the Promotion or to end it earlier. If such a situation occurs, the Organizer will inform registered Customers electronically to the e-mail address provided by the Customer in the registration process at least 7 days before the planned change.

6.     The Organizer undertakes that in the event of changes to the Regulations, these changes

7.     in no case will they infringe the rights already acquired by the Participants and will not worsen the terms of the Promotion.

8.     If a dispute arises under these Regulations, the parties will strive to resolve the matter amicably. The law applicable to resolving any disputes arising under these Regulations is Polish law.

9.     The Regulations enter into force on 02.02.2026 r.
