Blades made of stainless steel. Body made of ABS and PP (polypropylene), BPA-free. Creates long threads, strips or spirals; thinnest possible threads 1×1 mm. Max. length of cut product: 15 cm. Fitted with: – flat, built-in blade, – 3 interchangeable serrated blades of different density which cut into julienne: 1 mm, 2,5 m, 4 mm thick. Crank for turning the product and pushing it into the blade at the same time. 1 screw on the side for easy blade replacement. Not dishwasher safe.
