                                                HENDI professional meat mallets and tendersers are ideal for preparing and tenderising different types meat and speed up the processes of marinating, cooking, frying and grilling. Mallets dispose of comfortable handles for easy use and two sides (with pyramids for tenderizing beef and pork, and a smooth surface dedicated to tender meat). Tenderisers have a soft springs and, in selected models, as many as 60 blades.
