Body made from high temperature resistant polypropylene. Removable GN1/1 container (H)100 mm made of 18/8 stainless steel, easy to clean. Heating element made from 18/8 stainless steel and placed in the water container for efficient heat transfer. Tempered glass lid fitted with insulated handle and aluminium hinge. Integrated card holder on the lid for product name cards. Digital control panel with display to show working time, set temperature and actual temperature. The design of the two-part lid reduces the heat loss by opening, while maintaining optimal hygienic conditions. The last temperature setting is saved in memory and will be selected every time the power is turned on. Temperature can be set from 35 up to 85˚C in 1˚C increments. Water container is embossed with a max. fill line, indicating ≈4 L. Not intended for cooking, only for keeping warm.
