Housing made of stainless steel. Fitted with backsplashes. Comes with a removable fat collection drawer. Temperature stepless adjustable up to 300°C. Overheating protection by means of a resettable thermal cutout. Fitted with non-slip feet.
Griddle measures 548x350 mm and is entirely ribbed. The solid 8 mm thick hardened steel plate offers excellent heat retention.
