FOREST is a series of knives and forks designed for steaks and roasted meat. Their wooden handles in rustic-style make them stand out. Made in Spain. Knife blades are made of innovative, martensitic NITRUM® stainless steel with increased hardness and corrosion resistance. Forged from a single piece of steel. Forks are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. Knives and forks are made from rolled steel and connected to their handles with rivets. The handles are made made from compressed layers of wood and resin. Increased resistance to high temperatures. Hardness: approximately 55HRC. Dishwasher safe.
Handle made of beechwood. Gently serrated blade with very small indentations on one side. Classic narrow blade shape.
