The Ovention® matchbox® 360 oven sets new standards in quality, speed, flexibility and cooking efficiency. New solutions used in the field of air circulation control not only speed up the cooking process, but also allow for the "processing" and recirculation of air inside the oven, eliminating the need for a hood. The variety of options in the menu, small size, low heat loss and the possibility of installation without a hood make the Ovention® matchbox® 360 oven an alternative to many catering devices.

External housing made of AISI 430 stainless steel Oven chamber made of AISI 301 stainless steel The design of the oven makes it easy to clean (the filter and air distribution plates are dishwasher safe) Used for grilling, baking, cooking, frying and steaming Chamber dimensions: 709x359x(H)89 mm Innovative rotating grate system with two separate baking zones that allow for uninterrupted operation of the oven - one of the zones is always inside the chamber and the other zone is outside. Patented air circulation technology allows for 3 times greater air circulation than in standard ovens Impingement™ system - precise "impact" uses hot air for high quality and fast cooking without using microwaves FlexTemp™ technology reduces temperature loss between cooking cycles to +/- 14°C (approx. 25 F) Independently controlled upper and lower high-speed fans Control panel with touch screen Ability to save up to 600 recipes, 3 steps each USB port - uploading and downloading recipes, checking the cooking journal, diagnostic mode
