Fitted with: – flat, built-in blade for cutting very thin, almost transparent slices, – 3 interchangeable serrated blades for cutting julienne: 1 mm, 3 mm, 8 mm thick, – finger guard ensuring safety during cutting. 2 screws on the sides for easy blade replacement. Built-in hook for a bowl. Not dishwasher safe – certain parts may deform.
